If I placed a order for one of your Hex's, What is the procedure, From payment / delivery and install.?

ANSWER: Once you have decided to go Hex, We receive your order / inquiry via email, or phone, where one of our friendly team will make contact to confirm and make any added notes for your build. ( a personal touch which will continue till you receive your product ).

Earthtone has a warehouse which holds over 1,000 Components and Modules in stock..

We aim for a quick dispatch. Once we have all the parts in our system you will be notified with payment terms and conditions. + Any added cost's.

Your Hex will be sent out complete or flat packed as per order.

Earthone also has a extended network of people able to assemble your Hex, giving peace of mind and full warranty benefits..
